Strip the terrorist from the residential rights as well.
Then repatriate them to the Arab world. If they refuse to leave voluntarily, view them as illegal (armed and dangerous) terrorist border crossing trespassers.
...Not Israel’s problem any more.

Adina Kutnicki

Michael points out the obvious insanity, and I am sad to say the depravity too, of a government that does NOT automatically strip a terrorist of his/her citizenship. Their unfathomable inaction attests to the sickness of Israel's "leadership" - both in their minds and in their souls. Even AFTER horrendous terror, the Israeli government is still queasy about exerting all measures of punitive actions that should rightfully be at its disposal. It is as if the Jewish State is still apologizing for having survived among the peoples of the world. This mental illness is what could doom the Jewish people in no less a manner than the enemies who seek our destruction.

Does this scenario happen? When certain (rabbis) use their authourity to destroy the life of an innocent person. With the assistance of certain bureaucracy to close all avenues of work to exploit and suppress an individual for personal gain? To destroy a persons identity, his personal life and his health. That he will be totally dependant on a particular individual(a rabbi).
When this happens freedom of Torah has gone out of the window, and it does happen. The sad result is it leaves the student bitter, angry and not without trauma.
Where Bureaucracy will lie saying that an exam (driving theory) never existed in English. When an individual had already passed it in English.Again sadly this does happen.
There is a saying (bribery blinds the eyes of the righteous). How true! So many are running around seeking their fortune at the expense of another.not caring in what state they leave the exploited. The rabbi can be morrocan, breslev it really doesn't matter
If he uses his authority to exploit, before HaShem he has lost his status. As I heard it once said,If you hear a religious leader lie and justify it.Run away from him.He is a cloud that is forbidden, and should be tried before a court.
It is a shame that the pawns in bureaucracy have to listen to people like these, and to blindly do what they say.Like the religious that should be upright so should all workers for the state be upright.

Chapter 7 Micah HaNavi From Jerusalem Tanach
7:2 The godly man is perished out of the earth, and the upright among men is no more; they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.

7:3 Their hands are upon that which is evil to do it diligently; the prince asketh, and the judge is ready for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth the evil desire of his soul; thus they weave it together.

7:4 The best of them is as a brier; the most upright is worse than a thorn hedge; the day of thy watchmen, even thy visitation, is come; now shall be their perplexity.

7:5 Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a familiar friend; keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.

7:6 For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.

7:7 'But as for me, I will look unto HaShem; I will wait for the G-d of my salvation; my G-d will hear me.

For the Leader. A Psalm of David. In HaShem have I taken refuge; how say ye to my soul: 'Flee thou! to your mountain, ye birds'?
For, lo, the wicked bend the bow, they have made ready their arrow upon the string, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
When the foundations are destroyed, what hath the righteous wrought?

HaShem is in His holy temple, HaShem, His throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyelids try, the children of men.
HaShem trieth the righteous; but the wicked and him that loveth violence His soul hateth.
Upon the wicked He will cause to rain coals; fire and brimstone and burning wind shall be the portion of their cup.
For HaShem is righteous, He loveth righteousness; the upright shall behold His face.
